We offer 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24 inches in three natural textures - Natural Straight, Natural Wave, and Natural Curly. All hair is raw single-donor South Indian temple hair. If you have something specific in mind, book a consultation and tell us. We love a custom request and will do everything we can to make it happen.

Within 24 hours of your order, we will send you a personal booking link to schedule your measurement consultation. This is where we learn everything we need to build your wig - your head measurements, your lifestyle, your preferences. Production begins after your consultation is complete. You will never be left wondering where things stand. We keep you updated every step of the way.

Most wigs are ready within 2 to 3 weeks from your measurement consultation. We know that for many of our clients, waiting is hard. We move with intention and care, and we will keep you updated the whole way through.

It is a real conversation. We take your head measurements and talk through your chosen length, texture, and density together. We ask about your lifestyle, how active you are, and how you like to feel when you walk into a room. Virtual consultations are complimentary. In-person consultations in the Greater Toronto Area are $50, applied in full toward your order. Come as you are.

In-person clients try on their wig at the fitting appointment before anything is finalized. If you are joining us virtually, we send photos and videos for your approval before we ship. You will love it before it ever leaves our hands.

Yes, changes are welcome before production begins. During your measurement consultation, confirm your final length and texture choice. Once we begin sourcing your hair, changes cannot be accommodated. Longer lengths may result in a price adjustment which we will communicate clearly before proceeding.

Yes. We offer an HD closure add-on for $350 CAD for women with a thinning or absent hairline. HD closure creates an invisible, skin-like hairline that looks completely natural. During your consultation we will assess whether this is right for you and recommend accordingly.

We do not and this is a deliberate choice. Raw temple hair is precious and we want yours to stay that way. We are happy to recommend trusted stylists in your area, or you can bring your wig to your own stylist. Your wig will arrive beautifully made and ready to wear.

Yes, exclusively for Kaali clients. We offer shampoo, conditioning, and light styling for $75. If you cannot travel, we also offer a GTA courier service where we pick up your unit, care for it, and return it to your door for $115 total. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and all major credit cards through our secure checkout. Full payment is required at the time of order. We want your Kaali wig to be accessible and we will work with you to make it happen.

Yes. We provide a cranial prosthesis receipt with every purchase upon request, which you are welcome to submit to your insurance provider. Whether it is covered depends entirely on your individual plan. We recommend checking with your provider beforehand. We will make sure your paperwork is clear and complete.
