REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Every Kaali wig is made by hand, to your exact measurements, for you and no one else. Because of this, our return policy reflects the nature of custom made goods.

Custom Wigs — All Sales Final All custom wig orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Production begins after your consultation, measurements are confirmed, and your deposit is received. We want you to feel completely confident before we begin, which is why we take time during your consultation and fitting call to make sure everything is right.

If there is a defect or error on our part, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your wig at hello@kaali.ca or WhatsApp +1 (416) 858-0364.

Deposits A 50% deposit is required to begin your order. This deposit is non-refundable once production begins. If you need to cancel before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Wig Maintenance Services Maintenance services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right.

Damages Please inspect your wig upon receipt and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged or defective. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
