Your Kaali wig is an investment. We want it to last. Maintenance services are available exclusively to Kaali clients to ensure your unit is always cared for the way it was made with intention and without compromise.

Drop off and pick up at our location. Your unit will be returned clean, conditioned, and ready to wear.

Your measurement consultation
Within 24 hours of your order, we send you a link to book your consultation. 30 minutes. We take your measurements and learn about your hair, your lifestyle, your needs. Virtual or in-person in the Greater Toronto Area.
Appointment 02
Your fitting call
When your wig arrives, we walk through everything together. Adjustments made until it feels like yours.
